NexGen Intelligence Group ("NexGen," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

• Information you give us. If you use our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, work email, area of interest, and your message. If you subscribe to The Intelligence Brief, we collect your email address.
• Basic technical information. When you submit a form, we record standard request metadata (such as IP address, browser type, and country) to prevent spam and abuse. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) also processes standard server logs to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind. If we measure site traffic, we use privacy-first, cookieless analytics that collect aggregate counts — not profiles of individual visitors.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry — that is the only reason we ask for contact details.
• To send you The Intelligence Brief if you subscribed. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To protect the site from spam, bots, and abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, each processing data only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores form submissions securely.
• Resend — delivers our email notifications and the newsletter.
• Microsoft 365 — where our business mailboxes live.

Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies (the kind required to serve the site securely). We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Your cookie choice on our consent banner is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained while we are in an active conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from The Intelligence Brief using the link in any issue — it takes effect immediately.
• Access or deletion: email [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you or delete it.

Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle newsletter data will be announced in the newsletter itself.
